Refund policy


  • Please give us 3-5 business days to ship orders. 
  • We are not responsible for lost packages/parcels. Contact the appropriate carrier for information regarding lost shipments.
  • Earrings are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the order is damaged or broken when it arrives. 
  • If earrings arrive to you damaged or broken, please contact us within the first 7 days. We will send you another pair that is identical, or at least similar, depending on materials available on hand. We will also refund your purchase within the 7 days if your earrings are damaged or broken. Please provide photos of the damage as well when requesting refunds or replacements. 
  • Please feel free to contact us via email or through the website. It may take us much longer to respond to messages via Instagram or Facebook.
